It is required that you have an Ontario class G license or equivalent and must be for one year. A temporary license is acceptable and must be replaced by uploading it to your account if a permanent one is issued to you.

During your onboarding application, you will be greeted by a customized personality test, this is to help us get to know you a little better. Once you have successfully submitted all the necessary documents and fit the requirements, your application will be assessed by Sterling Talent Solutions, a certified third-party background check provider to run some tests. You will receive an E-mail from them determining your eligibility.
It is important that you acquire a Private Transportation Company (PTC) driver’s license in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We will take care of it for you after you submit your onboarding application. Once a decision has been made and your license is issued, please let us know, we want to celebrate with you too! We are anxiously looking forward to all our future pilots with us on the road!
It is mandatory to obtain a valid personal vehicle insurance under your name.
All 4 vehicle doors must be operable.
Your vehicle must be 2012 or newer.
Your vehicle must have an Ontario license plate and must be registered in Ontario.

Once you have your Safety Standards Certificate (SSC) You must upload a photo of it within 36 days of receiving it. You always need to keep a hard copy of it in your vehicle. Make sure the information matches the vehicle you’re onboarding with.
To receive an SSC, you need to complete a thorough vehicle inspection by a Motor Vehicle Inspection Station (MVIS) garage operator, licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
All drivers are legally requested to have your Capptin decals displayed on your vehicle when online.
One or two stickers must be placed neatly and conveniently on the bottom corners of your front and back windshields facing outwards. Lastly, it is also requested to register for an HST account number. You are responsible to remit harmonized sales tax (HST) and file GST/HST returns to the CRA.
